Joe Jarratt and Robert Fogelman, TBI’s managers, have over forty years of combined experience working in commercial real estate. Prior to establishing TBI, Jarratt and Fogelman developed, acquired and managed a variety of assets across multiple asset classes – retail, office, multi-family, and land development. Their focus has traditionally been directed towards well-located, class A and B+ assets with strong visibility along primary thoroughfares. The images here are examples of their past experience.
